When you cut and wash the ingredients, hardly can you avoid wetting your hands with freezing water. You know in HK, we don’t have such a cold day that often and seldom will we dig out the heater from the storage to use for a couple of days.

Still, cooking is fun and rewarding. I experimented some recipes last evening. It was raining outside and dropped to 8C. But the Rosemary Chicken and the Spinach Soup I cooked did make me feel good.
