			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The only pain when you cook on a cold day in Hong Kong is that your hands hurt. When you cut and wash the ingredients, hardly can you avoid wetting your hands with freezing water. You know in HK, we don&#8217;t have such a cold day that often and seldom will we dig out the heater from the storage to use for a couple of days.</p>
<p>Still, cooking is fun and rewarding. I experimented some recipes last evening. It was raining outside and dropped to 8C. But the Rosemary Chicken and the Spinach Soup I cooked did make me feel good.</p>
